The IRT-5500 can be equipped with any number of heaters, all hanging on easy-glide, self-balanced cassette arms. Easily maneouvred they can reach all parts of the car.

IRT rails can be tailor-made to fit any type of spraybooth. Apart from carrying the heaters, the rails also serve as the electrical power source for the heaters without any loose or trailing cables disturbing the work process.

The heaters are delivered as one or two-cassette models depending on the area coverage desired. The heater lamps are positioned in precision gold coated reflector bodies, ensuring most even and efficient heat distribution. All lamps are cooled by a ventilator fan.

Drying time and power is controlled by a microprocessor which, pre-programmed for different types of paint, automa-tically handles the entire curing process.

The IRT-5500 is delivered with overspray protection and a safety surveillance system, interacting with the spray-booth ventilation and the spraygun air supply to assure a safe and reliable operation under all conditions.

As an optional feature the heaters can be equipped with automatic temperature control and distance sensor providing additional control of the curing process.
