Maximum Equipment Systems,
formerly Blowtherm Southern California, began operations in March, 1996.
We have grown from a one man venture to a Team of twenty trained
professionals providing quality sales, service, installation and support
to our hundreds of satisfied customers.
We offer the following

Consulting and
Design. Our team of trained professionals listen to our
customers. Their input is the first criteria in structuring not only
the proper placement of our first class equipment, but designing a
layout to enhance the work flow of high production paint facilities.
Design, construction, training and support are our specialties.

Installation.
As a licensed General Contractor we are completely qualified to obtain
all necessary permits, including building and AQMD. We provide
complete turnkey installation and pride ourselves on "Service
After The Sale".

Training. To
insure the continued prosperity of our customers, we train your
personnel in all aspects of the operation and service of your new
cutting edge equipment.

Service &
Support. We are a full service facility with trained staff who
can service any spray booth you own. Maintenance and supplies are
readily available from our local warehouse.

Purchasing Power.
Our customers can also benefit from our participation in the SPX
Dealer Equipment Services Program, encompassing General Motors,
Nissan, Mercedes and Hyundai vehicles; the Chrysler Penstar Program;
the Ford Rotunda Program, and the Toyota Equipment Solutions Program.

Global
Finishing Solutions was formed March 1st, 2003 in a merger
between Team Blowtherm and JBI. As a result, Global Finishing
Solutions became the largest spray booth manufacturer in the world
Global Finishing Solutions Administrative Headquarters as well as
the Research & Development and National Training Center are
located in Carrollton, Texas. Global Finishing Solutions has two
manufacturing facilities in Osseo, WI (130,000 square feet) and
Barrie, ON, Canada (185,000 square feet).
Global Finishing Solutions has distributors all across Canada and
the U.S.A. as well as in Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Blowtherm
SPA was founded in Italy in 1956 and produced burners for
domestic and industrial heaters and by the mid 1970's had worldwide
distribution.
In 1984, Thermal Downdraft Systems was founded with the purpose of
importing and marketing Blowtherm products in the US.
In 1993 Blowtherm USA was created by Blowtherm SPA and Thermal
Downdraft Systems, and North American manufacturing began.
In
1998 Team Blowtherm acquired DeVilbiss Spray Booth Products along
with its manufacturing facility in Barrie, Ontario and Technical
Training Center in Atlanta, Georgia. This year also marks Team
Blowtherm becoming the exclusive worldwide licensee of Envirocure
VOC abatement technology.
In 1999 the company purchased the Binks Spray Booth division with
its manufacturing facility in Toronto, Ontario.

JBI
was founded in 1975 and established themselves as reputable leaders
in the finishing industry. Within 23 years JBI sales grew to $30
million annually.
In 1998 JBI was acquired by the Curran Group. Curran Group holds
many interests including Holland Co, a leader in the railroad
welding and railcar components, and Crossville Porcelain Stone/USA,
premium manufacturer of porcelain and ceramic tile.
In 2000 JBI acquired Blu-Surf, manufacturer of custom equipment for
paint finishing systems. Products included ovens, washers, lifts,
and controls. The resulting integration of the two formed The
Systems Group. JBI was now the leader in custom designing equipment
for industrial finishing systems as well as a standard line of
equipment. |
