Intake Filters

TACKY INTAKE FILTERS
High efficiency filters extract 100% of visible dust and removes micron particles. Internal welded steel frame for easy fit with self-sealing gasket. Internal wire support and heat sealed seams prevent media flutter. Two plies of tough resilient polyester fibers with a better tackifier. U.L. listed, Class 2923X for flammability.

FILTERMAT INTAKE FILTERS
Specifically designed for final filtration of supply air for Global Finishing Solutions Versa Design Booths. Progressively structured high performance media made from synthetic fibers, resin bonded with special adhesive. The filters do not migrate paint particles. Filtermat intake filters are self-extinguishing and have a 100% coating of fibers. U.L. Class 2 approved.

Exhaust Filters

FIBERGLASS EXHAUST FILTER
Exhaust Filter Pads are designed exclusively to collect paint overspray. They are made from continuous filament glass fibers with an open weave pattern that allows particles to penetrate deep into the pad and hold more paint. U.L. Class 2 approved.

POLYESTER EXHAUST FILTER
Made from multi-Layered, multi-density polyester.

High Efficiency, Average 99.5%
High Paint Holding Capacity 5.06 lbs

Approved and listed: Class 2 by Underwriters Laboratories and conform to OSHA Standards.

FILTER GRIDS
Filter grids are designed to hold Global Finishing Solutions Fiberglass Exhaust Filters in frames. Rubber tips included (248-016).

EXPANDED FILTERS
The Expanded Filters are comprised of numerous layers of U.L. Class 2 approved kraft media.

FIBERGLASS ROLL MEDIA
Fiberglass Exhaust Filter Roll Media in 2" thickness. U.L. Class 2 approved. Also available in 1" thickness and 24" to 84" width.

HIGH PERFORMANCE POLYESTER ROLL MEDIA
Designed for High Production Applications. Features High Capacity Capture and High Efficiency Air Pollution Control. U.L. Listed Class 2 Approved.

Paint Pockets

An unsurpassed single-stage overspray arrestance efficiency rating of 99.84%. The media's unique, three-dimensional waffle pattern provides extremely high holding capacity (over 6lbs./sq.ft.) and nearly constant pressure drop over the media's useful life.
