Aluminum
Repair Station

The Aluminum Repair Station is an economical and effective method for the capture of fumes and is dedicated to aluminum vehicle repair.

OEM's have been using new metals such as high-strength steel, aluminum and boron to reduce the weight of vehicles while maintaining and improving safety parameters. These new metals require speacial repair techniques and equipment, including dedicated tools and separate area to avoid contamination.

Eurovac self-locking fume arm

Self supporting fume arms provide an economical and effective method for the capture of fumes. Contaminants are removed at the source. Arm is equipped with a 1000CFM exhaust fan which is interlocked with cabin exhaust to balance room pressure.

- Fabricated of steel with cast aluminum joints
- Arm joints include friction discs and are fully adjustable (operator sets the arm tension)
- Arms include handle with completely encircles the hood in order to facilitate easy repositioning from all sides
- 6" diameter x 14' fume arm with 12" hood diameter
- All joints include a 2000 defrees F rated hose which is gear clamped to the tube
- Hood is equipped for the installation of an optional light and on/off exhaust control
