Designed Ovens
Standard
Curing or Dry-Off Oven Systems - Designed to meet production
requirements with maximum efficiency.
Global Finishing Solutions also features an Internal Loop System -
featuring air seals to minimize the amount of heated air in the
oven escaping to the surrounding atmosphere. |

Special
Iso-Dynamic High-Velocity Curing Oven — Cut Curing Time up to
70%
The process consists of 2 basic components: a heat source and an
air distribution system. The heat source is an air heater complete
with a gas-fired burner. The burner operates under pressure and is
connected to a blower that provides filtered air to the air
heater. The heated air is then transferred to the process area
through an air distribution system that is a network of ducting
and jet pipes.

|
The
ISO-Dynamic Process uses a high-pressure, low volume airflow
system, no mechanical re-circulation of air is required.
Re-circulation is achieved through internal entrainment. As
heated air is ejected through sized orifices in the jet pipes, a
consistent turbulence is created in the process area. The impact
velocity of the mixed air to the work surface is approximately
800 fpm. Also consider that the heated air has expanded through
the heater box and is at a higher volume and lower density. This
is referred to as "Soft Air".

 |
The
ISO-Dynamic Process provides consistent temperatures and airflows
throughout the process work area. Operating temperature range is
100°F to 500°F for standard construction and modular design
allows for independent zone control. Multi-pass conveyor
arrangements and work opening profiles can be provided to meet
customer requirements. ISO-Dynamic ovens are factory assembled and
test fired prior to shipment.

and hooks travel through a refractory-lined heated chamber, where
air temperature of 1000ºF to 1200ºF ignite the paint, turning it
to ash. The hooks and racks are then conveyed to a washer where
water cools them, removing most of the ash. To conserve resources,
water is re-circulated through the system. An optional filter
(Model no. D8RHT) is available for removing excess ash from the
water stream. The RHT can either be installed in-line or as a
satellite system. |
