Carlos F. Pippa, President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Finishing Solutions, LLC, announced today that the merger between the former JBI and Blowtherm USA is officially complete and that the combined teams are now doing business as Global Finishing Solutions. Web sites, email addresses and letterhead are in the process of transformation to Global Finishing Solutions, and these changes will be complete within a matter of days.

Michael Curran of the Curran Group, owners of JBI, and Carlos Pippa, President and CEO of Blowtherm USA announce that JBI, the leader in industrial spray booths, and Blowtherm USA, the leader in automotive and heavy duty truck spray booths, have agreed to merge the two companies and that the merger will be effective March 1, 2003. The new corporation’s name is Global Finishing Solutions.
