Painting is the part of the repair process that monopolizes most of your resources, in the form of time, labor, space and energy. Increasing efficiency in the drying process is the key to profitability.

A spray booth bottle-neck means there are pre-treated cars all over the place, waiting for to be painted. Ad-ding another spray booth that will take up even more valuable floor space is not the answer. The solution is the IRT-7000 paint curing arch.

If higher productivity is your goal, there is no better option. The arch is installed in an extended booth or between two booths. A single booth installation can produce between 10 and 20 repair jobs daily; two booths can achieve more than 40. In this case the arch alternates between the booths. While spraying is in progress in one booth, drying is done in the other and vice versa.
